Providian Construction Group received the 2011 Fort Lauderdale CAB Award for Commercial Low-Rise Building Renovation for their Milestone renovation of what was previously an old barber and shoe repair shop built in the 1950's and now stands as the Avenue Executive Suites at 405 NW 7th Ave in Fort Lauderdale.
