Providian Construction Group is managed by unique individuals with over 40 years combined construction knowledge and experience. Our team consists of Andrea Whilby who handles all day to day operational functions including Business Development, Risk management and Contract Administration. Our Estimator Tricia Letts is responsible for all sales, bidding and project coordination. Al Paige is our field Superintendent and handles all construction field operations. Debra Whilby is our Office manager and handles all Human Resources, and Accounts Payable Functions. Andre Connoly, Isaac Palmer and Bing are our field installers for our Subcontractor Division. Our Dynamic team have a can do attitude and we are here to make your job easier.

Andrea Whilby, President
Providian Construction Group is owned and operated by Andrea Whilby, a dynamic leader in the South Florida Community. Andrea has over 15 years experience in the construction industry. Andrea spent the first six years of her career with Centex Rooney Construction company where she gained her knowledge and experience in Estimating/Pre-Construction, Operations, Information Technology and Operations Training Departments.
Her training was rounded out by her work experience at Skanska USA where she worked at the Memorial Regional Hospital Johnson street location managing multiple projects including the Renovation of the Pediatric ER, Adult ER, Sleep Center, Lab build out and more minor projects. She worked for two years with D. Stephenson Construction where she gained considerable knowledge in the operation of a small business while helping to grow the company.
Andrea is a licensed General Contractor in the state of Florida, is a Leed Accredited Professional and Holds a Bachelors degree in Building Construction from the University of Florida and a Masters in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University.
