Home Owners - We provide home energy audits that will provide you with a report detailing your current energy output, where there are deficiencies that are costing you money and recommendations for resolving the deficiencies. We also recommend qualified service professionals to give you estimates for this work. We work with several home inspectors who can provide Wind Mitigation reports when seeking insurance quotes
Realtors - For those in the business of selling REO by Banks we provide construction services to fix, repair and or renovate the home to a livable condition. We also provide services when a repair loan is being obtained and a construction estimate is needed for required repairs.
Housing Authorities - We are a full service General contracting company and we can completely renovate your homes and bring them up to code to meet the required livable standards.
